Mango Fizz
Ingredients
1.5 ounces MONKEY IN PARADISE VODKA®
1 ounce FRESH LEMON JUICE
1 ounce MANGO PUREE
4 ounces CHAMPAGNE
1 LEMON PEEL
ICE
Preparation
1) SHAKE: Add the Monkey in Paradise Vodka®, lemon juice, mango puree, and a handful of ice and shake vigorously until chilled (about 10-20 seconds)
2) STRAIN: Strain the the mixture into a champagne glass
3) FIZZ: Top with champagne
4) GARNISH: Thread lemon peel on a Monkey in Paradise® cocktail pick and rest on the rim
5) CHEERS: Sip into Paradise!
