1) MUDDLE: Add watermelon to shaker and muddle

2) SHAKE: Add the Monkey in Paradise Vodka®, water, lime juice, and a handful of ice and shake vigorously until chilled (about 10-20 seconds)

3) STRAIN: Strain the the mixture into a rocks glass

4) GARNISH: Thread watermelon chunks and lemon wedge on a Monkey in Paradise® cocktail pick and rest on the rim
