1) MUDDLE: Add mint to shaker and muddle

2) SHAKE: Add the Monkey in Paradise Vodka®, lemon juice, simple syrup, and shake until well mixed (about 10-20 seconds)

3) STRAIN: Strain the the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice

4) FIZZ: Top with soda water

5) GARNISH: Add a lemon slice and some mint leaves to the glass

6) CHEERS: Sip into Paradise!
