Peachy Monkey
Ingredients
1.5 ounces MONKEY IN PARADISE VODKA®
1 ounce WHITE WINE
1 ounce FRESH LEMON JUICE
3 FRESH PEACH SLICES
LEMON SLICE (for garnish)
ICE
*substitution: use 1 ounce of peach syrup instead of fresh peach
Preparation
1) MUDDLE: Add peach to shaker and muddle gently to release fruit juices.
2) SHAKE: Add all ingredients and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled (about 10-20 seconds)
3) STRAIN: Strain the the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice.
4) GARNISH: Use a thin slice of lemon with a slit cut in to decorate the rim.
5) CHEERS: Sip into Paradise!
