Raspberry Fizz

Ingredients
2 ounces MONKEY IN PARADISE VODKA®
1 ounce FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 ounce SIMPLE SYRUP
4-6 RASPBERRIES
1 LEMON
4 ounces CHAMPAGNE
ICE

Preparation
1) MUDDLE: Add the fresh raspberries and simple syrup to shaker and muddle gently to release the berry juices
2) SHAKE: Add the Monkey in Paradise Vodka®, lemon juice, and a handful of ice and shake vigorously until chilled (about 10-20 seconds)
3) STRAIN: Strain the the mixture into a champagne glass*
4) FIZZ: Top with champagne
5) GARNISH: Thread lemon peel and raspberries on a Monkey in Paradise® cocktail pick and rest on the rim
6) CHEERS: Sip into Paradise!
*tip: use a fine mesh strainer to catch fruit seeds
